After over 2 decades of frustration working for others in the construction industry, we decided enough was enough. We could no longer stand by watching the industry we loved, continue to go downhill. Overcome with frustration caused by a multitude of issues such as: ridiculous tender terms, lack of client trust, delay in payment, bloated consultant fees, overpriced contractors, rampant corruption, and an overall lack of service and quality in the final product, it was time for a change. Ultimately, we were sick and tired of an industry stuck in a never-ending race to the bottom, where the lowest price (and inevitably the lowest service & quality) dictates the market, dragging the industry and perception down and those who ‘actually care’ with it. We had to try something…… and…..the best way to ensure any change in life, is to make that change yourself. So, the GroupThree team came together in 2019, with the shared vision to create a construction business model based on the our 3 main pillars;
Our objectives were simple, we wanted to focus on our client’s needs first, to engage with them, to truly listen and ensure we fully understand the key drivers and requirements of the client and how we can solve their problems through our collective experience. We do this by informing clients, not deceiving them, educating clients not dictating to them and collaborating with clients not concealing intent.
We focus on building trust through transparency, including everyone in the process; our clients, our staff, our subcontractors, and our suppliers. We know construction projects are a JOURNEY as much as a destination. Inevitably that journey dictates the final measure of success irrespective of the build outcome. From our 50+ years of collective experience, good relationships always lead to successful projects.
